Pasi qe dieta eshte menyre e te ushqyerit atehere ne pergjithesi nuk mund te them se mund tju sjell deme njerezve dhe perkundrazi ka dobi tek ata te cilet jane me mbipeshe. Shendet dhe cdo te mire.</description>
